Through countless articles and studies, including those generated by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, we know first-hand that there is a serious business case to supporting family-friendly HR policies and practices. The organization, Early Matters Greater Austin, has launched the 2023 Best Places for Working Parents recognition to recognize companies in the Austin area that are supporting working parents. A total of 140 Austin-area employers were recognized last year!

Through a short, confidential online self-assessment businesses can see if they qualify for a “Best Place for Working Parents®” designation AND view how their company compares to other companies of like size and industry. Qualifying businesses that participate by February 24 will receive unique branding opportunities, including:

  • Best Place for Working Parents 2023 badge
  • Listed in a press release sent to local media outlets
  • Logo on Early Matters Greater Austin website, and LinkedIn and Twitter channels
  • Logo in bimonthly email that goes to 140+ leading Austin businesses
