Participant Pricing

• Total trip package: $3,195 (+processing fees)
• Non-group flight package: $2,795 (+processing fees)

Total package cost includes airfare, hotel, meals, planned experiences, and organized ground transportation.

Non-Group Flight Package includes everything listed above except for airfare.

Please note the pricing above does not reflect any credit card processing fees. Credit card processing fees may vary based on payment processing method.

The Chamber will book both flight and hotel reservations.
Group flight arrives to Reagan National Airport (DCA) via Southwest Airlines
Group Lodging at The Line D.C.
Due to airline restrictions for group tickets, individual legs of the round-trip ticket are non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to June 1^st will result in an $1000 refund.
No refunds will be given after June 1^st
