AUSTIN, Texas—San Francisco-based Chewse has opened an Austin branch at WeWork University Park, 3300 N. Interstate Hwy 35.

Chewse plans, delivers and hosts hand-curated menus from locally owned restaurants to area businesses. Its core customers are technology companies and startups, making Austin a perfect fit for its expansion.

"As the Austin region’s food and beverage industry cluster continues to grow, it is exciting to see the addition of new companies entering the market and providing employment opportunities for local residents," said Austin Chamber Senior Vice President of Economic Development Charisse Bodsich.

Chewse's Austin branch will include sales and operations positions.

In addition to serving Central and Downtown Austin, the food tech and hospitality company's new location will serve as far north as Round Rock and Leander and as far south as Buda.
