Expanding Frontier Bank of Texas Promotes Emerging Leaders

EXPANDING FRONTIER BANK OF TEXAS PROMOTES EMERGING LEADERS

Frontier Bank of Texas has launched four new Central Texas locations in the past two years, including two in the city of Austin and one each in Manor and Leander. To further support this significant growth, Frontier is pleased to announce the recent appointment of two key Frontier bankers to new leadership positions.

The Board of Directors of Frontier Bank has announced the promotions of Evelyn Franco to Senior Vice President, Director of Strategy and Marketing and Cole Bolton to the position of Senior Vice President, Director of Small Business and Commercial Banking. The appointments are effective immediately.

“In her new role, Evelyn will lead and coordinate our efforts to continue to execute against our strategic plan,” said Frontier CEO Patrick Johnson. “She will work throughout our footprint as we roll out new products, open new branches, refine our processes, digitize our bank and continue to refine our marketing efforts. She will be directly involved in assuring we continue to be the community bank of choice in Central Texas,” Johnson added.

The promotion of Bolton will broaden his role on the bank’s commercial side, where he has extensive knowledge of the commercial lending process, from origination to collection. He will continue to work with his own deposit and loan portfolio and with each of the producing bankers in all of Frontier Bank’s markets.

“Cole’s contributions to the growth of our bank are immeasurable,” Johnson said of Bolton. “He has done an outstanding job growing our commercial and small business book, and will now continue efforts to develop our people and assure that we are a best-in-class community bank for small business and commercial banking,”

The promotions of Franco and Bolton occur at a time when Frontier is opening multiple, state-of-the-art brick and mortar locations and launching numerous initiatives that are putting the bank on the cutting edge of customer service and community responsibility. Frontier Bank will also become a leader among the Texas banking community in the use of renewable energy and is equipping its branches with the very latest in user-friendly and efficient technology. The growing Frontier footprint now extends from Bastrop, across the Austin metro and into Williamson County.
