Join proud Austin Gives member, Accelerist, and the Austin Chamber’s business philanthropy initiative, Austin Gives, for an insightful workshop on how to build and optimize sustainable CSR strategies in 2023. This year will be a true test of resilience for companies navigating the impact of economic changes, technological advancements, climate crisis, and more while remaining committed to giving back.

Together we will discuss:

1. Global issues to watch in 2023, including the long tail impact of COVID-19, the state of the U.N.s Sustainable Development Goals, accountability and impact of the climate crisis, and more

2. The economy’s impact on purpose and what your partnership strategy should look like in times of recession and high inflation

3. How purpose trends such as values-led CSR, the influence of technology, and more will be important factors in CSR strategy development in 2023

4. Best practices for giving cash, engaging your employees in community volunteerism, and giving products and/or services.

The event will include a plenary session, breakout sessions, and a networking reception.

Austin Gives is a program dedicated to recognizing companies in the Austin region that pledge 1% or more of their profits, products & services, and/or volunteer time to charitable causes of their choosing.
