Employers fund the US health care system, but are they getting their money’s worth? Health care doesn’t work as well as it should and as a result, the health of US workers is not nearly as good as it could be. What can employers do?

On April 6th, we were joined by Scott Wallace, Managing Director of the Value Institute for Health and Care at the University of Texas at Austin to discuss how employers can reduce costs while improving employee health.

Starting from an understanding of what is driving poor health among employees, even the smallest employers can take concrete steps to design better health benefits, improve health at work and create better health care options for their employees.
