Peregrine Semiconductor Corp., founder of RF SOI (silicon on insulator) and pioneer of advanced RF solutions, has opened a new Austin development center. Peregrine’s Austin office will accelerate the development of UltraCMOS® products for mobile applications and is staffed with experienced RF integrated circuit developers. The new Austin development center on Capital of Texas Highway includes laboratory and office space.
