In 150 words or less, what is OpEx Solutions?
OpEx Solutions (OSI) was founded in April of 2009 to develop people and organizations. OSI has two divisions: CenTex OpEx Consortium (COC) and Global OpEx Solutions (GOS). Both divisions focus on helping organizations find, define and execute their way to operational excellence through executive coaching, consulting, world-class training, knowledge network and project management.

Global OpEx Solutions identifies strategic areas for improvement and provides effective high-value, low-cost solutions for people-equipment-material-process systems to drive significant productivity improvement through the use of operational tools and systems.

For operations and continuous improvement leaders in manufacturing, service and governmental organizations who need to improve operational effectiveness; Global OpEx Solutions provides consulting, executive coaching, training, and project management solutions. GOS also offers dedicated workshops on a wide spectrum of topics customized to the needs of the specific customer.

Why did your company decide to operate in Austin?
OpEx Solutions was looking for a location that met our specific criteria. This included a strong business-friendly environment, high education levels, an area close to state government, a good airport, and a Central Texas location. Austin fit the box for each one.
