Our priorities

We work together with a bipartisan group of elected officials and policymakers to ensure our entire state continues to plan for growth, improve infrastructure, and reform property taxes and school finance.

  • Economic development

We advocate for economic development tools that are crucial to job creation, including maintaining sufficient funding in the Texas Enterprise Fund.

  • Transportation

We advocate for project delivery and funding that supports urban congestion relief and enables innovative transportation technologies.

  • K-12

We support maintaining funding to improve teacher quality, support Pre-K, early literacy, math proficiency, and improve K-12 learning outcomes to ensure a greater share of Texas students graduate college, career, and or military ready.

  • Racial & social equity

We support policies that aid in overcoming racism and social inequities, including access to employment opportunities, healthcare, education, and affordable housing.

  • COVID-19

We support legislation that keeps public health at top of mind while providing an environment that allows businesses to continue operations with appropriate preventative measures in place.

  • Telecommunications infrastructure

We support public policy reform that removes barriers to infrastructure deployment, encourages private investment, and expands all high-speed internet services.

  • Health care

We support policies that aim to reduce the number of uninsured and improve access and affordability of healthcare in Texas.

  • Technology & innovation

We support legislation to protect consumer data privacy and ensure regulatory certainty for businesses and consumers alike.
