Magnet Sites
The Austin region has one active magnet site located at Tech Ridge. An active magnet site is open to multiple users and does not require an application to the federal FTZ board, which allows companies to begin working on activation of the zone site with U.S. Customs. Within Tech Ridge there are several industrial buildings eligible for use by additional users.
