The Austin pet scene started out pretty grim. There were hundreds of stray animals hungry and not getting the help they needed. Just when Austin animals needed a savior the most, APA stepped in the save the day. During their years of establishment, APA has transformed the city of Austin from an 87% kill rate to a 95% save rate for homeless animals. Austin is a city of rescued animals transformed into forever family members. After putting it magic touch on the thousands of animal lives, Austin Pets Alive is here to stay
