Lyn Chasteen joins Austin Chamber as Vice President of Engagement

AUSTIN, Texas (November 14, 2016) The Austin Chamber of Commerce today announced that Lyn Chasteen was named Vice President of Engagement. Chasteen was publisher of the Austin Business Journal for 15 years during which time the publication won numerous national awards, and most recently served as chief revenue officer for the Long Center.

“As a key figure in Austin’s business community, Lyn has a long history of understanding the needs and supporting the growth of our business community. She has a proven track record and great working relationships with businesses and leaders throughout Austin," said Mike Rollins, President, Austin Chamber of Commerce. “We are pleased to have Lyn join our team to drive even more value for the members we serve.”

Chasteen’s unique combination of business, media and non-profit experience will serve her well as she seeks to expand engagement in Chamber events and programs including sponsorships and partnerships.
