  • WHO: Wreaths Across America and Texas Disposal Systems
  • WHAT: Wreaths Across America Remembrance Ceremony and Wreath-laying 2025
    • Wreaths Across America will host a remembrance ceremony and read the names of all the veterans in the cemetery aloud.
  • Immediately following the Ceremony, attendees will lay more than 3,300 wreaths on headstones.
  • Volunteers will collect the wreaths after the holidays, and Texas Disposal Systems will recycle 100% of the material.
  • CEREMONY DATE: Saturday, December 13, 2025, 11:00 a.m.
  • COLLECTION DATE: Saturday, January 3, 2026, 9:00 a.m.
  • WHERE: Texas State Cemetery, 909 Navasota St, Austin, TX
  • VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
    • Volunteers are needed on Friday, December 12th, at 9:00 a.m. to assist with unloading 3,300 wreaths from the delivery truck and to unpack and prepare the wreaths for the ceremony on Dec. 13.
    • Volunteers can also help with the wreath collection day on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., to recover the wreaths and prepare them for recycling by Texas Disposal Systems.
