The Kratom Consumer Protection Act has PASSED in Texas!
We are so grateful for the hard work of other advocates, and the American Kratom Association. Kratom is a powerful plant that warrants respect and regulation. We are very proud that our State of Texas stands at the forefront of the shift toward ethical kratom regulation, protecting consumers from adulterated and/or unsafe products.
