The Junior League of Austin seeks vendors for Christmas In July virtual market showcase
The Junior League of Austin and the 2021 A Christmas Affair Committee are excited to announce that in addition to the traditional in-person 46th A Christmas Affair market in November, we are building on a new tradition started in 2020, a virtual market. What was born out of a crisis year and need to pivot is now an exciting opportunity to be part of the ever increasing online shopping field.
This year, the virtual market showcase place will be Christmas in July. We already have lots of interest in this virtual merchant showcase at the perfect time of year, as our shoppers are wrapping up summer activities and preparing for back to school. Merchants who are selected to participate in both the Virtual Market and In-Person (Pop Up or Main Floor), will receive a $100 reduction in fees.
The look will be very similar to last year’s virtual market but the functionality will work differently. Merchants will have their own “storefront”, containing your business name, description, link to your website, and a selection of merchandise pictures that best represent your store. Customers will use the website link to purchase items directly from you. We are excited to announce that this year the A Christmas Affair Merchant Committee will be creating storefronts using information and material you provide. This means you can concentrate on your number one focus: your business.
