Are You a Veteran Working on Your First College Degree?

The purpose of our Scholarship Fund is to demonstrate our commitment to the Veterans in their endeavors toward attaining a higher education degree. This includes 4-Year and 2-Year programs. The Scholarship Committee uses available funds to award to Veterans who are pursuing their first undergraduate degree. Graduate students are not eligible.

The award amount is $1,000 per academic year. This amount is distributed in two payments of $500 per semester, once proof of enrollment and registration are submitted to our office.

There will be *THREE awards in 2024 in the amount of $1,000.

Applicants will have the responsibility of adhering to the guidelines and policy set forth by the Scholarship Committee to meet eligibility. These guidelines are listed on the scholarship application.

The 2024-2025 Academic Year Scholarship Application opens February 1, 2024. There will be THREE scholarship awards in the amount of $1,000. Please note this date on your calendar and share with other Veterans who may be interested in applying.

The application must be time-stamped and dated no later than April 30, 2024, 11:59 PM (CST). Applications received after the closing date and time will not be accepted. No exceptions!

The winner will also be notified by email and/or phone.

The award will be distributed by company check in the fall of 2024, once the student has provided proof of enrollment and registration information for the semester.

*The number of awards distributed depends on the scholarship account balance during that particular application period. The goal is to award 4-5 grants per school year. This is why it is imperative that our fundraisers, including our annual fundraiser, Operation: Hats Off For Veterans (April 21, 2024), is a huge success every year, so we can continue to assist Veterans and their educational goals.
