Peoples is proud to now be offering two different COVID-19 testing options!
RAPID ANTIGEN TEST–One-hour turnaround time from testing to results. Paperwork is completed electronically, and the gentle nasal swab is done from the comfort of your own vehicle. Cash pay $150, insurance not accepted. 99% accurate for positive results, 84% accurate for negative results.
PCR TEST–This is the most accurate COVID-19 test, and is a great option before returning to work or traveling. Results in 48 hours. Sign up and scheduling is done online, and the nasopharyngeal or saliva test is done from the comfort of your own vehicle in the Peoples Westlake parking lot. Cash pay $150, insurance not accepted. Nasal test is 90-98% accurate for negative results (this is the gold standard) and 99% for positive results. Saliva test is 85-90% accurate for negative results and 99% for positive results.
