Local Wellness Business Gains Operational Clarity with Speich Consulting
Earlier this month, Integrated Care Bodywork, a Del Valle-based massage therapy and wellness provider, partnered with Speich Consulting for a half-day Clarity Workshop focused on strategic growth and operational structure.
Founder Grant has built a loyal local following through personalized, whole-human bodywork services and are now taking the next step toward scaling sustainably. During the session, we walked through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) framework, defining company vision, long-term goals, and immediate priorities for 2026 and beyond.
The workshop helped identify opportunities for stronger systems around scheduling, follow-up, and online bookings, as well as refreshed branding and website improvements to better serve clients.
