Holtzman Partners: Pro-Bono Grant Opportunity for Minority Businesses

Learn more

Holtzman Partners, a full-service public accounting firm in Austin, is proud to announce that our firm has made an annual commitment to provide up to 50 hours of Pro Bono professional services to five different minority owned businesses in Texas. These services include Tax, Audit and Assurance, SOC Compliance, SOX Readiness and Compliance, and Advisory.

This past year has highlighted hardships that smaller companies face, and we are pleased to take the first of many steps in the right direction to make a long-lasting impact within our community. Our managing partner, Chris Perkins, said it best: “We are proud to offer these yearly grants to help minority business leaders rebuild, grow, and continue to scale their businesses for the long-term.”

To qualify:

· At least 51% of the company must be owned, managed, and controlled by an individual from one of the presumed historically marginalized and minoritized groups (i.e., Asian-American, African American, Native American, Hispanic, Women, or LGBTQ.)

· Applicant must have a business license within the State of Texas for at least 6 months

· Must be a for-profit or non-for-profit business

If you fit the criteria above, we encourage you to apply immediately by filling out our application form. The form can be found on the press release linked to our website.
