Communities In Schools of Central Texas Announces Restaurant Lineup for Food for Thought, Austin’s Premier Tasting Experience

AUSTIN, Texas—Communities In Schools of Central Texas will host Food For Thought, the most delicious way to support students throughout the region on Thursday, Nov. 6, at ACL Live at the Moody Theater.

This year’s premier tasting event, presented by Professional Janitorial Service, features gourmet bites from: Aba, Eberly, Ema, Hestia, Lucky Robot, Moonshine Patio Bar & Grill, NÔMADÉ, Serenade Restaurant, Verdad, Verbena Food & Drink, Revue, Kerbey Lane, Parkside, The Guest House, Il Brutto, sway, and more. The flavorful fundraiser offers a night of fine dining and impactful giving.

CIS of Central Texas partners with schools across the region to provide critical, on-campus support to help students succeed in the classroom and beyond. CIS offers individual and group counseling, academic support, mentoring, parent engagement, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, career exploration and college readiness. CIS also provides student and family assistance, including emergency funding and essential items such as food and clothing.
