Broadway Bank Hires Business Banking Team Lead in Austin
San Antonio, TX [April 8, 2021] – Broadway Bank’s positioning for strategic growth and expansion of services in Central Texas includes the recent hire of Monica Medina as Senior Vice President, Business Banking Team Lead for the Austin market. The Business Banking Team Lead role was created to focus on business development and customer relationship management in the region. Medina will lead a team of local market experts to successfully prospect new business while enhancing services and relationships with current customers to meet their unique financial needs. Medina brings a wealth of knowledge and a dynamic approach to being a trusted consultant and value-driven banker.

Medina earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Texas State University. Her community involvement includes leadership roles on the Mission Capital Board of Directors, former Chair of the Board for H.A.N.D. and she is a graduate of Leadership Austin. Medina will report to Absher, who is also a recent hire in a new role created to accelerate growth in Austin and beyond.
