Austin Diagnostic Clinic hosts drive-thru flu shot clinic
AUSTIN, Texas—Austin Diagnostic Clinic is hosting a drive-thru flu shot clinic for adults through October. The drive-thru vaccinations are available for free with most major insurance plans, including Medicare.
Austin Diagnostic Clinic is coordinating the drive-thru clinic at the south entrance of St. David’s North Austin Medical Center (facing Mopac Service Road), where its main clinic is located. Shots are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on a first come, first served basis. Patients are encouraged to call 512-901-1111 in advance to register.
Patients who register in advance will be asked to sign a consent form upon arrival, reconfirming their medical information, before receiving their flu shot. While calling ahead to register is not required, it is highly recommended for faster service.
All staff administering shots will wear personal protective equipment.
