Account Executive
Kosmos Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our cross-border freight forwarding team in the U.S.–Mexico trade corridor. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to learn the logistics business from the ground up while developing into a commercial role.
The primary focus of this position is coordinating shipment operations and delivering excellent customer service. As you master our operations, you'll also have the opportunity to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building your own portfolio of accounts with the support of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of international shipments, ensuring on-time, accurate, and compliant delivery
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing proactive and responsive customer service
Prepare freight quotes and manage shipment documentation
Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing new accounts over time
Track account performance and look for ways to grow and strengthen client relationships
Qualifications:
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine interest in both operations and sales
Proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn logistics systems quickly
Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or international trade is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
