AUSTIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE (ACC) DISTRICT is requesting sealed proposals from interested or qualified firms to provide Cypress Creek Building 2000 Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Rooftop Unit (RTU) Replacements for the following solicitation.

· Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) No. #910-26-265-00-S-JA-CSP

All sealed proposals must be submitted to the Procure to Pay (P2P) Department by no later than on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). See solicitation for details.

ACC will host an optional solicitation conference on January 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., CST, in Room 2231 CYP Bldg. 2000, Floor 2, located at 1555 Cypress Creek Rd., Cedar Park, TX 78613. Site visit to immediately follow the Solicitation Conference. See solicitation documents for details.
