The countdown is on—Opening Day is almost here! Join us at the LBJ Presidential Library on Saturday, October 4, for the launch of Hip-Hop America: The Mixtape Exhibit with an all-day celebration.
Experience electrifying breakdancing by Cap City Rockers, music from KUTX’s The Breaks, live graffiti and sneaker artists (BT Shoe Studio, Riches Art), family-friendly activities, and more. Then step inside the exhibit to explore hip-hop’s rise from the streets to the global stage—with iconic artifacts and a 200-song playlist that traces the culture’s incredible journey. Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind celebration of hip-hop!
