The market is tough for engineers right now, but we want to spend a little time focusing on what opportunities will be available after companies realize the power of AI isn't faster production but fundamentally new capabilities not yet envisioned. We will open our offices to 100 local engineers, bring in some hiring partners to do some talks, offer training, and have a competition with a prize as well. My hope is we can provide some comfort and remove some of the stigma of job loss for people suffering through this time and offer them momentum for the future.
