EARLY BIRD Participant Pricing
- Total trip package: $3,799 (+processing fees)
- Non-group flight package: $3,399 (+processing fees)
-Total trip package costs include round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, meals and planned experiences, and organized ground transportation to and from airport. The Chamber will book both flight and hotel reservations. Due to airline restrictions for group tickets, individual legs of the round-trip ticket are non-transferable.
-Non-group flight package includes everything listed above except airfare.
Group Lodging will be at the Pendry Washington DC - The Wharf.
Prices will increase once the initial hotel room block has been met and will be based on hotel availability. Credit card processing fees may vary based on payment processing method.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to May 8 will result in a $1,000 refund. No refunds will be given after May 8.

Cancellation Policy
The Austin Chamber of Commerce must maintain a cancellation policy for events in order to properly plan for catering, venue expenses, and marketing efforts. Unless stated otherwise, Chamber reservations must be canceled 5 business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be issued 10 days after the event. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance. You are welcome to send another member of your staff in your place.
