Participant Pricing
- EARLY BIRD Total trip package: $3,699 (+processing fees)
- EARLY BIRD Non-group flight package: $3,299 (+processing fees)
Total package cost includes airfare, hotel, meals, planned experiences, and organized ground transportation to and from airport. Prices will increase once the initial hotel room block has been met, depending on hotel availability.
Non-Group Flight Package includes everything listed above except for airfare.
Please note the pricing above does not reflect any credit card processing fees. Credit card processing fees may vary based on payment processing method.
For Total Trip Package, the Chamber will book both flight and hotel reservations.
Group Lodging will be at The Pendry Hotel.
Due to airline restrictions for group tickets, individual legs of the round-trip ticket are non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to June 1 will result in a $1,000 refund. No refunds will be given after June 1.

Cancellation Policy
The Austin Chamber of Commerce must maintain a cancellation policy for events in order to properly plan for catering, venue expenses, and marketing efforts. Unless stated otherwise, Chamber reservations must be canceled 5 business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be issued 10 days after the event. No refunds will be issued for nonattendance. You are welcome to send another member of your staff in your place.
