The Downtown Austin Alliance is seeking proposals from professional firms to provide public cleaning, safety and hospitality services within the Austin Downtown Public Improvement District. All Chamber members that meet the qualifications provided in the RFP are encouraged to apply. The submittal deadline is 5:00 p.m. Central Time, November 28, 2025. All bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting/tour from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 5. Please see RFP for all details.
