A readiness pathway for small trades-based businesses ready to compete, perform, and scale. Blueprint prepares your firm to pursue public and large-scale infrastructure opportunities.
Participants learn in community through focused sessions covering strategic partnerships, licensing and bonding readiness, hiring and workforce management, and financial fundamentals. Along the way, participants build relationships with peers, prime firms, public agencies, and expert instructors who understand what it takes to win and perform on major projects.
Move through the program together while building the capabilities—and connections—needed to compete for larger contracts.
We meet once a month from 11am - 1pm.
Session 1: June 25 Panel: Strategic Partnerships & Public Sector Engagement
Session 2: July 30 Ignite Essentials Course: Hiring and Managing for Success
Session 3: August 27 Panel: Before You Bid: Licensing, Bonding & Insurance Readiness
Session 4: September 24 Ignite Essentials Course: Cash Flow Crash Course
Total cost for the 4-month cohort: $125 and includes lunch and materials.
