Out-of-school time (OST) programs, like after-school and summer programs, do more than provide childcare - they equip the next generation with essential skills for tomorrow’s workforce. Join us for a dynamic discussion on how businesses reimagine OST initiatives through strategic partnerships to foster leadership, creativity, and career readiness.

Our expert panel will share insights on innovative partnerships, workforce development strategies, and the evolving role of out-of-school providers in shaping future talent.

The event will conclude with a networking mixer, offering the chance to connect with industry leaders and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
