Attendees will gain valuable knowledge to help them stay ahead in a rapidly changing regulatory environment, foster innovation while maintaining compliance, and effectively manage legal risks.
Join us for an insightful panel led by Robert Brown, a partner in the Latham & Watkins Privacy & Cyber practice, who will moderate the discussion about recently enacted privacy laws (including the Texas Date Privacy & Security Act and the Texas SCOPE Act), the proposed Texas Responsible AI Governance Act, and how companies can effectively process and safeguard consumer data while mitigating enforcement risk.
