The Texas Women’s Leadership Conference (TWLC) will bring together women leaders from across Texas and beyond for an inspiring two days of expert-led breakout sessions, thought-provoking discussions, and high-impact networking opportunities. Attendees will leave the conference equipped with the knowledge, skills, and connections needed to lead with excellence and drive progress for Texas.
First Lady Cecilia Abbott has long been a champion of female leadership, drawing from her own experiences as an educator, community leader, and the first Hispanic First Lady of Texas. As host of the Texas Women’s Leadership Conference, she finds a meaningful platform to support and inspire women to lead with confidence, purpose, and service. This conference aligns with her values of education, civic engagement, and uplifting future generations of women leaders who will shape Texas’s future with strength and compassion.
We are expecting an audience of 800+ accomplished women in executive leadership, state agency roles and so many more; and are honored to welcome influential keynote speakers including Allison Ellsworth, Angela Garcia, Camila Alves McConaughey, and SC Perot.
