Phase 1 which included 3 buildings totaling 474,000 SF is fully leased, however, development of phase 2 which will include 4 additional buildings totaling 381,000 is underway. Clear height ranges from 30 feet to 36 feet.

  • Central Austin Business Park

    Central Austin Business Park is a new industrial park under construction in East Central Austin that will deliver over 790K SF of space. Phase One features three buildings that delivered in early 2023. Building 4 has been leased, while Building 2 and Building 3 are available. Both are rear loading with 32 foot clear height. Phase Two can be developed as a build to suit for up to 600KS SF in a single or multiple buildings.
