RCR Taylor Logistics Park is a master planned rail-served logistics and industrial park located in Taylor, TX on US79 and FM 3349. The park is served by two Class 1 rail carriers (Union Pacific and BNSF), and will offer switching, transloading, and storage services. Totaling 750 acres, the project can provide building sizes ranging from 50K SF to 1M SF. Currently a 366,755 SF building called Taylor Port 1 is under construction with delivery in January 2024. The park is located in close proximity to the new Samsung Taylor site.
