Buda Midway
Buda Midway is a new class A industrial development located in Buda, just south of SH-45 and I-35. The park is planned in two phases and will ultimately total 7 buildings. Phase 1 which included 3 buildings totaling 474,000 SF is fully leased, however, development of phase 2 which will include 4 additional buildings totaling 381,000 is underway. Clear height ranges from 30 feet to 36 feet.

Central Austin Business Park is a new industrial park under construction in East Central Austin that will deliver over 790K SF of space. Phase One features three buildings that delivered in 2022. Building 4 has been leased, while Building 2 and Building 3 are available. Both are rear loading with 32 foot clear height. Phase Two can be developed as a build to suit for up to 600KS SF in a single or multiple buildings.

RCR Taylor Logistics Park is a master planned rail-served logistics and industrial park located in Taylor, TX on US79 and FM 3349. The park is served by two Class 1 rail carriers (Union Pacific and BNSF), and will offer switching, transloading, and storage services.
