Getting to know Los Pasos Agency is to get to know me. My name is Jorge Fernando Pinillos Jr, and in this photo I'm honored to present my loving girl friend, supporter, and business partner, Kendy Morphew! I'm a first generation American who was raised by two loving and hard working parents. They instilled what it means to earn your keep and the value of the dollar. I was an essential part of their growth for the last 9 years, almost doubling their business, growing and scaling their retail ecommerce business, and their social media presences. In March of 2024, I made the decision to pack up my things and my pup, Sophia, and make a life transition and start a new life in Austin, TX. My move allowed me to transition into a new sector and start my own Life Insurance and Retirement Planning Agency, Los Pasos. Through the partnership of PHP Agency, I've earned the title of Director and building strong partnerships with the top Life Insurance and Retirement companies in the Country.
