Intrepid Care
Intrepid Care Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 93-4403306) founded in 2023 to support veterans, service members, and their families as they transition to civilian life. Our mission is built on a simple belief: nature heals, camaraderie strengthens, and friendships blossom when veterans step into the outdoors together. Through programs like Camaraderie Therapy, adaptive sports, and outdoor experiences such as hiking, hunting, fishing, and camping, we address the isolation and disconnection many veterans face after leaving military service — including those dealing with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and poly-trauma. Our Central Texas Chapter is building a growing presence in Austin, hosting community events and expanding outreach to local veterans and their families year-round.
