The City of Austin Public Health Department is excited to announce the opening of a new child care center in the local community in partnership with KinderCare, one of America’s largest private providers of early childhood education and care. The company has been supporting children and families for more than 50 years.

KinderCare at Bergstrom Tech will be located at 6800 Burleson Rd. The center will provide high-quality care and early education for up to 72 children ages six weeks to 5 years. Families will love the bright new center and robust curriculum. Children will enjoy learning and interacting with friends and play and physical activities on the center’s beautiful state-of-the-art outdoor learning environment, designed to help children discover and connect with nature.

All KinderCare centers continue to operate with enhanced health and safety protocols, created in partnership with local and national public health agencies and medical advisors to create the safest learning environments possible for children to grow and thrive in.

From curriculum to teachers, KinderCare’s approach to early education inspires a love of learning. National studies show that KinderCare children are better prepared for elementary school than their peers. The studies also confirm that the longer that children are enrolled in KinderCare programs, the sooner they achieve key developmental milestones.

Families are encouraged to learn more about KinderCare at Bergstrom Tech by visiting kindercare.com or by taking a virtual tour of the center here.
