UNITS Moving and Portable Storage, located at 3741 Drossett Drive in Austin, celebrated the grand opening of their new Austin franchise with a special ribbon-cutting celebration on Sept. 12. UNITS Moving and Portable Storage moved to Austin and joined the Greater Austin Chamber in June 2019.

Established in 2004 in Charleston, South Carolina, UNITS Moving and Portable Storage was founded during the emergence of the mobile storage and moving industry. The company's mission was to provide personal mom-and-pop type customer service and supply the most innovative and highest-quality equipment.

Brothers Jon and Ken Fischer are the co-owners of the new franchise in Austin and are thrilled to be part of such a vibrant business community.
