Earlier this week we hosted a conversation about hiring and retaining talent given the competition that is currently happening for talent. The focus of the talk was also on how to make your workforce more diverse and DEI-friendly.

All three panelists encouraged employers and supervisors to try new things and not be afraid to embrace feedback on improving benefits and company culture. Additionally, both Samantha and John emphasized how challenging the market for talent is right now, but that being in a place with a high volume of graduates from higher education can be extremely helpful.
