Banding Together aims to raise funds and awareness to support preserving Texas live music heritage in the heart of downtown Austin and to support as many displaced artists and affected local businesses and local workers.

Stand with Austin was created in partnership with the Entrepreneurs Foundation to receive charitable donations to support nonprofits assisting individuals and small businesses most negatively impacted by the cancellation of SXSW and least able to recover on their own.

South by South Best is organized by T3 Thinktank, an Austin marketing agency with the goal of raising funds to distribute as tips to servers, bartenders, housekeepers, AV professionals, rideshare drivers, etc. from March 13-22.

Southern Smoke emergency relief fund provides funding to those who own or are employed by restaurants, bars, or suppliers that are faced with unforeseen expenses that are not covered by insurance.

Our local public radio station, KUT, features ways you can still discover - and support - artists who were scheduled to perform at this year's music conference.

Austin Monthly has also released some ideas for additional ways to help out.

While you're out there supporting local small business, just remember to wash your hands and tip your bartenders!
