Family owned business, Russo’s New York Pizzeria, opens first location in Austin

Russo’s New York Pizzeria celebrated the grand opening of their first Austin location with a ribbon cutting. A member of the Greater Austin Chamber since September 2017, Russo’s New York Pizzeria at The Arboretum strives to serve patrons with their authentic food, from hand tossed pizzas, to a variety of pasta salads, and Italian sandwiches.

“The Russo family motto is if it isn’t fresh, don’t serve it,” says Amin Esar, franchisee of Russo’s New York Pizzeria, Austin location. “This simple motto is also our promise to our customers. We only use the freshest, all natural ingredients to make the best Italian food.”

Located at 10721 Research Boulevard, Russo’s restaurants have been serving up iconic Italian dishes for more than three decades. From mozzarella fritti and Ravioli Pomodoro to Prosciutto and Fig Pizza, Russo’s can appease any palate (even those that favor gluten-free meals).

The Italian Franchise operates 44 locations and was ranked in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Food Franchise list in the Full-Service Restaurant category.

The ribbon cutting was held October 25. For more information on Russo’s New York Pizzeria, click here.
