AUSTIN, Texas—Opportunity Austin, the Greater Austin Chamber's five-county economic development initiative, announced wealth management firm Aspiriant has opened an office in Austin.

Opening an office in Austin aligns with Aspiriant’s strategic plan to expand into Texas and other key markets across the country. The company evaluated many possible locations across the country on dimensions including cost of labor; cost of facilities; availability of local talent; ease of travel; weather; time zones; local economy; and local cost of living. Austin checked so many of these boxes and, of course, adds some "hip” factor as well. Combining those elements with the fact that Aspiriant already has sizable and growing business in Austin, and Texas overall, made the decision an easy one to make.

Aspiriant's new office is located at 111 Congress Ave. The company will have eight full-time employees by the end of the first quarter and up to 25 employees in the future.
