Why did you join the Austin Chamber?
We joined the Austin Chamber to meet business owners, to attend events led by Austin’s premier business leaders, and to learn about owning and running a business in Texas as well as our industry.

In 150 words or less, what is Patrice & Associates?
Patrice & Associates is an international recruiting agency that specializes in the hospitality industry including restaurants, hotels, and casinos. Utilizing a proprietary database, specialized advertising programs, and traditional recruiting calls, we source and qualify top candidates for our clients. Our process, perfected over the last 27 years, capitalizes on a nationwide network of recruiters continuously searching for top talent whether they’re actively looking for new opportunities or not. This approach to the recruiting industry makes us more than just another source of resumes – it makes us a staffing partner.

Why did your company decide to operate in Austin?
Austin has become a beacon of growth and opportunity for the entire country. Not only does it have a welcoming business climate but also an abundance of talent thanks to Austin’s fantastic universities. All this makes Austin the perfect place to start a business. Plus, the tacos here are amazing!

My favorite thing about the Austin Chamber is…
the opportunity for growth. The Chamber is a great opportunity for us to grow as a business while learning from some of the top business leaders in Austin.

What do you hope to gain from your Austin Chamber membership?
Clients, of course! But more than that, we hope to gain a community that we can learn from, grow with, and, ultimately, stand alongside as proud and successful Austin business owners.

What do you want the world to know about your company’s commitment to the Central Texas region?
Looking for a job is hard work. Filling a new position is hard work. And the demand for top talent is greater than the supply. Our goal is to bridge that divide by working with job seekers to discover what makes them unique, build their resume, and prepare them for their interviews while also understanding the needs of our clients and providing them with the best possible candidates. Our commitment to exceptional recruiting is how we positively impact the Central Texas economy for both employees and employers.
