Why did you join the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce?
Benchmark is actually a member of more than 40 chambers of commerce across three states. We understand the value of a chamber to a local community and appreciate the networking opportunities offered by the organization. The Greater Austin Chamber is certainly a gateway into the business community that we serve.

In 150 words or less, what is Benchmark Business Solutions?
Benchmark is the #1 Xerox sales agency in the U.S. We are one of the largest Xerox partners in the country, and offer a full range of Xerox equipment, supplies, and managed print services.

Why did your company decide to operate in Austin?
Benchmark is based on seven principles, one of which is market share growth. Our excellent relationship with Xerox has offered us the opportunity to expand into more than 100 counties across three states. When offered the opportunity to be in Austin, a community that has continued to have steady growth, we knew we wanted to move to this area.

What do you hope to gain from your Greater Austin Chamber membership?
I hope to gain the opportunity to share Benchmark’s award winning services with the Austin community. We are a three time U.S. Chamber of Commerce Blue Ribbon Award winner and are proud of our team that made this possible.

What do you want the world to know about your company’s commitment to the Central Texas region?
While we are new to the Central Texas region, Benchmark has more than 20 years of award winning service across Texas. As a company, more than 10 percent of our profits go back into the communities we serve. As a team, more than 75 percent of our staff participates in volunteer roles in their communities. We are dedicated to positively impacting every community we serve. We are a local company representing a global brand while offering service that’s unduplicated.
