HUNGRY celebrates Austin grand opening

Posted on 03/26/2020 by Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce

HUNGRY celebrated its Austin grand opening with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, March 11. It works with local chefs to bring you healthy, personalized meals for your office, events and now, home. HUNGRY caters in Atlanta, Austin, Boston, the Greater New York City Area, Philadelphia and Washington D.C.

“By working directly with local chefs, we save companies an average of 33 percent when compared to the cost of purchasing meals from traditional caterers,” notes Jeff Grass, HUNGRY CEO. “Our streamlined marketplace lets customers order chef-prepared meals effortlessly. And every chef’s menu is built with local cuisine in mind, using only the freshest ingredients to produce the best-tasting options available.”

Most recently, HUNGRY launched a new home delivery service. HUNGRY@Home is a subscription-based, family-style food delivery concept that gives families both flexibility and peace-of-mind. Each menu item is chef crafted and designed to incorporate locally sourced ingredients shown to boost people’s moods, immunity and overall well-being. As part of its initial rollout, HUNGRY@Home is currently waiving delivery fees in all markets.
