• A letter from Leigh

With new leadership at the helm, the Chamber team has been head down launching new community efforts, programming and content to support our region’s businesses, and new opportunities for our local leaders to collaborate and have a voice in how we move forward as a community.

For example, the Global Tech & Inno team has launched ongoing roundtable conversations with global leaders, local tech and innovation leaders, leaders across our major Texas cities, and key representatives across the U.S. to share best practices and learn from one another during this time.

While the Chamber has been focused on adding value to our businesses and their leadership, we are also emphasizing the importance of leading with empathy and grace and finding a work-life balance, even as we quarantine at home.

Leadership and collaboration are everything right now, and the Chamber is finding its stride with both.

    - Leigh Christie, SVP, Global Tech & Innovation, Austin Chamber
