On December 8th, the Greater Austin Business Awards celebrated businesses in the region, recognizing the people and companies that have demonstrated a unique vision, innovation, and best business practices.
We know COVID-19 has affected businesses across Austin in a variety of ways, resulting in new innovations and adjustments to business models, as they find new ways to make a difference. In this twentieth year of the Greater Austin Business Awards, we recognized diverse industry leaders and companies that are innovating, managing through adversity, and impacting the community.
“It’s an honor to celebrate the diverse industry leaders and companies in Austin,” said Austin Chamber President and CEO Laura Huffman. “This year was unlike any other, and these businesses prove that innovating through adversity is what makes us a more resilient community. Congratulations to all the award recipients.”
185 companies were nominated for an award. Recipients were selected by an independent panel of judges. The Uniquely Austin Award was selected by public voting.
Awards that had multiple recipients were divided into categories based on the number of employees; recipients are listed sequentially: small, medium, and large.
