Best Western Plus Austin Central awarded Greater Austin Business Award for customer service

Let’s face it; Austin has a lot to offer tourists. From great food, music, movies, and even shopping centers, tourists have plenty of options when it comes to exploring our city. And just like with any memorable trip, a nice place to rest your head is a mandatory need.

The Central Texas hotel industry addresses this essential requirement by attracting frequent customers with a tailored guest experience. One local hotel, the Best Western Plus Austin Central, was awarded the ABC Home and Commercial Services Customer Service Award, for their outstanding customer satisfaction and memorable experiences.

“Our staff strives to make every guest feel right at home,” said John Kueker, General Manager of Best Western Plus Austin Central. “From the housekeepers to the management we all feel personally responsible for each and every guest.”

Best Western Plus Austin Central is committed to going above and beyond to ensure that all guests experience their “awesome” moment. To do this, the hotel conducts guest satisfaction surveys and evaluates social media platforms for customer feedback or complaints. Employees are also trained to take every complaint seriously and to solve the issue as quickly as possible. This technique is what has kept many repeat customers returning to the hotel brand.

“We are so thankful to have received this award,” said Kueker. “Every decision we make is customer driven—from the hours of our pool to the food offered during breakfast and our receptions. Ensuring that our guests feel special is our number one priority.”

The ABC Home and Commercial Services Customer Service Award is an award category from the Greater Austin Business Awards program. For more information on Best Western Plus Austin Central, visit their website here.
